Dutch Garden
Traditional Dutch gardens from the Baroque period in the 1600s–1700s focused on symmetry, formal layouts, and geometric patterns. Our version of this strives to showcase order, with rows of plants organized for visual appeal and functionality. The plants chosen also reflect the period’s enthusiasm for exotic imports like crocus or Birch Double Cranesbill, and useful plants like herbs. Across the seasons, the color scheme of this garden embodies that of a sunset.
